What is in the valley
Factory
The milk is weighed a second time here, at the intake.
Office
The records arrive here, and the month is closed from them.
Farm
The litres are recorded at the gate, under the farmer’s name, and the receipt is printed on the spot.
Collector
One tanker, one route, one device: out of the factory in the morning, back to the same bay.
Village
Every yard on the route is visited the same morning, in a fixed order.
Road
There is no signal here. The records wait on the device and are sent when one appears.

Return to the start
Step01
Collectors leave the factory on a route set in advance — village after village, yard after yard, in a fixed order.
The round for the day
The yards are known before he leaves, in a fixed order. The litres are still empty — they fill in at the gate, one at a time.

Step02
The milk is weighed at the yard gate: the collector records the litres under the farmer’s name and prints the receipt.
The farmer’s receipt
Printed in the yard, at the moment the milk changes hands. The farmer fills nothing in — he is handed a piece of paper.

What the device records
The litres are entered at the yard, under the farmer’s name, in the same minute. It is the same figure that prints on the receipt.

Accept
Step03
There is no signal in these villages and the app works without one: the records wait on the device and reach the factory by themselves the moment a connection appears.
The queue on the phone
The records sit on the device. The moment a signal appears they reach the factory on their own, with nobody pressing anything.

Step04
Every record is sealed with the one before it, like a link in a chain: the old figure cannot be changed quietly — a correction is a new record beside it.
The chain of records
Every record is sealed to the one before it. An old figure cannot be changed quietly: everything after it comes apart, and that shows.

Step05
The tanker is weighed and emptied at the factory, and that figure goes into the app too — as the factory’s own weight.
The factory’s own weight
The factory puts its figure beside the collector’s, not over it. Both stay on the record.

Step06
In the office the same records are added up — each farmer’s litres, the price and the balance. The month closes on them, and every farmer gets their statement.
The month’s statement
Nothing is entered again. The statement is built from these same records, and the month closes on it.

02Check us
Scan a receipt. Check it yourself.
This code opens a real receipt in our registry — the same page a farmer reaches from the slip in their hand. We would rather you check than take our word.

03The artifact
The receipt the farmer keeps.
Printed at the moment of acceptance: quantity, price, total, presence — and a code that ties the slip to the registry. It is read aloud, handed over, and kept.
The slip shown here is a specimen: invented data on the real layout.
